Virginia Tech locks down after shooting on campus

The Virginia Tech campus has been locked down after shots were fired on campus, killing a police officer and one other person.

At 2 p.m. Thursday, authorities were still unable to locate the suspect, CNN reported.

The shooting comes about four-and-a-half years after more than 30 people were shot and killed at the Virginia Tech campus on April 16, 2007.
